Ethics & Guiding Principles
-
I vow to speak with honesty and clarity, and to always honor the sacredness of your path.
I will never promise you instant transformation or falsely position myself as the “one who knows.”
This is a space of co-creation and remembering — not hierarchy. -
I honor the unseen forces, spirits of the land, and ancestral lineages that inform this work.
I do not extract from, appropriate, or commodify spiritual traditions without deep permission, reverence, and relational accountability.
I continually examine my own positioning, privilege, and biases — and stay in active unlearning.I ask all who enter this space to honor this commitment as well.
-
I hold strict confidentiality around everything shared in private containers and sessions.
Your stories, emotions, and experiences will never be shared without your explicit consent. However, you are free to talk about your own experiences.
This is a sanctuary — your sanctuary — and I vow to protect its sacredness. -
I do not bypass, sugarcoat, or spiritually gaslight.
Hard truths may arise, but they will be held with compassion and grounded in respect for your humanity. This is not a space for spiritual superiority or perfectionism — but for real, raw, embodied becoming.
-
You are your own greatest authority.
I am not your guru. I am your mirror, your guide, and your sacred witness.
All decisions remain in your hands.
I will never manipulate, coerce, or pressure you into action, belief, or continued engagement. -
This Sanctuary is informed by reverence for the Earth, the elements, the ancestors, and all living beings.
I seek to live and lead in a way that restores balance — not furthers extraction or domination. This includes ongoing learning about and honoring of Indigenous wisdom, land acknowledgment, and reparative actions where possible.
Acknowledgement of Lineages & Teachers
Before I acknowledge any teacher, tradition, or human source of wisdom, I first bow in deepest reverence to my own lineage, to the line of my blood and the line of my spirit.
To my Mongolian ancestors, to the ancient nomadic wisdom that flows through my veins, to the land and waters of my birth, to the vast sky and the open steppe, to the sacred animals and the unseen allies that walk with me.
To the trees who have whispered truths to me in silence, to the stones who have held me through transformation, to the rivers and mountains who have mirrored the flow of life through my being.
To my Higher Self, the source of my knowing, and to the Higher Fields of Wisdom and Love that each of us can access through devotion, presence, and listening.
It is from this ground, rooted in my lineage and direct relationship with Spirit, that I approach every other teaching and tradition I have encountered. The teachers, books, and guides listed below have acted not as replacements for my inner knowing, but as sacred mirrors and companions on my path, helping me remember and reconnect to the Source within.
I offer this acknowledgment in the spirit of right relationship, gratitude, and humility, knowing that the greatest wisdom is always found in a living relationship, not in possession.
None of the wisdom I share exists in a vacuum.
I walk humbly in deep reverence to the teachers, lineages, and living beings who have shaped this path — and continue to do so.
