I do not extract from, appropriate, or commodify spiritual traditions without deep permission, reverence, and relational accountability.
I continually examine my own positioning, privilege, and biases — and stay in active unlearning.

I ask all who enter this space to honor this commitment as well.

I hold strict confidentiality around everything shared in private containers and sessions.
Your stories, emotions, and experiences will never be shared without your explicit consent. However, you are free to talk about your own experiences.
This is a sanctuary — your sanctuary — and I vow to protect its sacredness.

I do not bypass, sugarcoat, or spiritually gaslight.
Hard truths may arise, but they will be held with compassion and grounded in respect for your humanity.

This is not a space for spiritual superiority or perfectionism — but for real, raw, embodied becoming.

You are your own greatest authority.
I am not your guru. I am your mirror, your guide, and your sacred witness.
All decisions remain in your hands.
I will never manipulate, coerce, or pressure you into action, belief, or continued engagement.

This Sanctuary is informed by reverence for the Earth, the elements, the ancestors, and all living beings.
I seek to live and lead in a way that restores balance — not furthers extraction or domination.

This includes ongoing learning about and honoring of Indigenous wisdom, land acknowledgment, and reparative actions where possible.
